This was super hard for me. So I did half of it, slowly, holding on. Still not a waste of my time, but it certainly was not fun. I do admire your abilities.

Day 1: I was finishing my workout, and I said, "Let's do pilates it sounds fun." I mean, it was fun, but I arrived till exercise 6, i really like the guide in each exercise, I'm coming back!

It’s a difficult move! It’s using all the muscles we don’t use while we sit. Shaking is expected! It means you’re getting stronger. Stick with it ❤
